Peter Koelsch

Peter has over 15 years of experience in healthcare strategy, operations, finance, and technology with an emphasis on advancing value-based care, improving patient outcomes, and building sustainable business models. He has held leadership roles at Oak Street Health, Forward, Tenet, VillageMD, and Herself Health with responsibility for a broad array of functions including finance, people operations, corporate strategy, clinic operations, and data & analytics. His passion for sustainable healthcare solutions is driven by a commitment to not just treat illnesses but to fundamentally improve the way healthcare is delivered and perceived in our communities.

Peter lives with his family outside of Dallas, TX where he also co-owns and operates Paper Bird Flower Farm, a cut flower farm supplying fresh, local, and seasonal flowers to grocery stores and farmers' markets in the DFW area.
